That means there is no interest in the excitement of the affair. He doesn't want to take something from someone else. He's also shown to be very afraid of getting caught.

He's one of those types that enjoy the "fall" of the spouse rather than simply taking her from the husband. So if she fell for him completely then he's got no interest, since the moral slip has already occured. He's less of a Netori fan and more of a female corruption fan.
