“Where are Chapters 16 and 17?”
Well, Chapter 16 doesn’t exist for some reason. We can only speculate as to why. Just a mistake deemed not worth fixing? Or perhaps “Mattress Play” (currently 11.5) is supposed to be 16? (Tho release-wize it doesn't line up and Hiiragi hasn't said so.) Who knows?
As for Chapter 17, it’s being released in parts and still ongoing. Yes, despite 17 being unfinished, Hiiragi put out 18. I refuse to upload chapter pieces, so 17 will be up at some point when it’s complete. Fortunately it’s not like there’s a plot to worry about. In fact I think we’re likely to get 19 and 20 before a full 17 too.
