From what I remember from the web novel ending, Alfine, Meila and some other women go out on a journey. After MC becomes Emperor and marries Noelia, Alfine is made head of a new noble family still as her male persona "Al" and never married anyone, but she somehow gets a new heir after "adopting" a mysterious child that looks like Finn/Flick before the red hair. Just before the adoption, Al was experiencing morning sickness

Kinda of a weird ending since not only mc is already married with Noelia at that point, but also because the story made pretty clear he don't want to be with Alfine anymore at all, so what, he cheated with Alfine to give her a child? Noelia is a cuck? :v

Hope manga is successful enough to reach that point and they change it so Meila is "Al" wife lol
