Make chapter upload form keyboard navigable.
What does not work right now:
Do not expect pages dnd to be somehow interactable with keyboard - mouse for it.
Also might consider the same for title creation form.
What does not work right now:
- Group selection with arrow keys & Enter
- Chapter language is not selected with Enter key
- "Add pages" button is not selectable on Tab (plus activated on Enter)
