I think Monika has the most realistic functional female armour I’ve ever seen in manga. The only things she’s missing are a helmet, tasses - the armour that goes around the waist - and faulds - the armour that protects the upper thighs.

Considering the type of manga this is, those being missing makes perfect sense.
