That's the ironic part: whatever they're preaching about anime/manga doing bad things, they either indirectly support it or are too afraid to think about it in the real world

After all, it's easier to be xenophobic and treat real people they'll never meet as NPCs than think about actual children in danger (if they're legally allowed to be near them)
