Ah, I miss this series, especially when I have read the original Newspaper of Terror series that came out in 1980, thanks to my uncle's manga collection. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the new direction this series has taken since the original series dealt with conspiracy theories and rumours like UFOs, the Hollow Earth theory, and unavoidable fate. This one's just youkai extermination.

Although this manga seems nice, you can't read it on this site right now due to a lack of uploaded scanlation, so at least on this website, avoid this.

this serie sadly was unable to continue and only got to a 4th volume release, I was lucky and got all the raws but you can feel that the artist had to close it and wanted to do more.
I blame bad timing for this remake release and from there poor reception, I think it would sell more today.
