Kiichi talking seditiously now, with that "war" & "revolution". I think Kai's plan would've ended up with Kiichi giving up on his ideals, or him dead through an "accident", like most other revolutionary political leaders, at least with an outright war, everyone knows more definitively who is friend or foe

I'm irritated with both, but there is no easy way. You need to change the individual.Going full authoritarian (if one manages to be in power) would help for a short while but its human nature.
