They are also on very thin time schedule so they can't afford to deviate from the plan to go to an underground doctor, after all they need to keep up the tour guide cover to be able to freely move around, that's the bigger problem rather than a fear of being sold out, since the underground doctor wouldn't have any info about why this one patient was shot
