I get why the Police guy suspects Juzo, but why doesn't he pay attention to the pacifier dude? Isn't he like a famous assassin too?

Hope Pacifier dude finally got another spotlight cuz I'm starting to get pissed on how he became a total joke after his first fight with Juzo.
