This took me quite a bit longer than I originally planned, but this chapter was a lot of fun. I got to try out some new techniques that I hope that they may increase your enjoyment. I also slowed down and did a better proofread, so maybe there will be less (hopefully no) mistakes. This is the end of volume 2, so from now on I have been ripping raws from the bi-weekly chapter release. They currently release 1 full chapter a month, half chapters every two weeks. I will just consolidate and release full chapters once they are available, currently they just finished 16. Thank you for continuing this kind of wild journey where I am still not totally sure what is going on.

edit: also can someone take the damn Hershey's syrup from Hitode-chan? This is going to be downvoted to oblivion with just cause by anyone with the tiniest bit of Italian in their heritage.

Dang i half expected the childhood friend to know if not be the one to 'leak' some photos

"Take a pic" I mean supernatural photography is a thing but with social media these days other than args ppl would either find it as a hoax or gov would try to erase it, various stuff like that, depending on the worldbuilding/story

Wonder if there's any vids of "italians reacting to JP neapolitan pasta" or so XD

that said it reminds me of the parks& rec "salgar" i mean i'm sure 'dessert' pasta is a thing but straight syrup on top of carbs just seems like unhealthy , versus like a mexican 'mole' sauce or so (tho googling it you can find pics of choco/nutella pasta)

i guess plot twist of 'killed by' her means that she kills the demons? But i mean she didn't stop the others from dying, unless she's just killing the spirits afterwards ...?

I think she wants the picture just for herself. Same reason she has him draw it, so she knows what she's dealing with (because she can't see them, only sense it.)

She wasn't really there for the others dying, I think the last death is the first one she witnesses, senses that's the thing she needs to hunt, and tracks it to the cabin. That's where it gets weird. I imagine the lady in black disguised herself as Hitode, because then how does she end up with the shears after? But why?

So changing protag is just a gimmick. Nothing really would've changed if they start with the exorcism. Honestly should have start with that so the audience know what to expect. They don't even care about killing the first mc.

I feel you on this. I spend like 30 hours with Takamori, even though I hated him he was interesting, and then he dies. I thought it was a fake out, so skimmed ahead. nope, there is his head. detached from his body. Mizuiro isn't a bad character, but beyond some initial trauma of being able to see dead people, he is just very vanilla. I could see people hitting chapter 7 and just nopeing out. Regardless of some of my feelings, I will adhere to doing my best to have Mizuiro talk as Mizuiro should talk, not with a personal bias against him. And like...he can only go up from here.

I also thought Hitode clapped the front of his pants rather then the back. It took me a while being zoomed in to realize that is when she placed the talisman on him.

Okay, so chapter 11 is causing issues just in how it is set up. In volume 2, it shows that it covers 5-10. So naturally, you think the last page is the end of chapter 10. I don't know if it was the source, or they did a "sneak peek", but there is part of chapter 11 thrown into it. I did confirm that what I have for chapter 12 starts with "chapter 12", so to correct this, I am going to snip out what has already been put in chapter 10, and have a truncated chapter 11. From a purist standpoint, chapter number is wrong, and I can correct that "later". The other option is to pull the pages now, but when chapter 11 rolls out, it will look very familiar, as there would be 10 pages that are duplicated. Apologies for the inconvenience.
