If they were just going to not translate the extras anyway, couldn't they at least have stuck them in a separate .5 chapter or something?
I know complaining 7 years after the fact isn't going to change anything, but seeing half the page-count left untranslated just feels ... wrong. (which is kind of annoying, because apart from that this is a pretty good scanlation)
