Kazama asked her out plenty of times before and she always said no, why would she suddenly say yes when shes already with the man of her dreams?

She owed him a debt, she would have never been the person she is today if it wasnt for him.

Really, it was thanks to him that she was able to be with Haruto in the first place, she probably felt she had to sacrifice what she had to be by his side when his life was in peril because she wouldnt have even had any of it if it wasnt for him.
