is it just me?
but I feel like the story is all over the place,
since each chapter is relatively short, adding a lot of characters and the irrelevant in-between scene makes the story even more confusing.
IMO, it'd be great if the author kept focusing on the main characters, so readers could sympathize with both of them before adding new characters without a clear explanation
