I know they're going to spin this as if it's some amazing insight but... it's not. Its dumb.
Yeah, it's sort of annoying how the story keeps pulling this "I know everything about you after one meeting" thing. And the way it treats acting (and script writing, for that matter) as though it's some magical thing you're either born with or not, rather than a skill anyone can attain with enough practice, just like any other skill.
A lot of other yuri manga tends to go with the moral that other people don't have the right to tell someone how to live or what they want to do with their life, but this one seems to be going with the complete opposite message.
I'm hoping Kuze will be told off but I think you're right in your implication that she'll be treated completely correct and this new girl will learn a lesson about needing to pursue some other skill (that the story will probably treat her as being naturally talented at).
