Finally found this has been fully translated after all these years. Thanks for the TL. Story was all over the place (might have worked better as an LN?), but art was good. Shame that Moriyama Daisuke will probably be doing the Fate UBW manga for a while (potentially until retirement?) considering his former solo series of Chrono Crusade and World Embryo were quite good.
