I think it's a translation mistake, she's probably talking about some kind of Underworld Fan Club for the Nine Fangs Assassin Organization, and saying it's the reason Yuki is still alive despite constantly lowering her guard (lowered guard in Nitta's opinion). This is what I assume since she wants to take pictures of Yuki crying to sell them, so each photo must be worth alot of money.
