Thanks to BlackWushu I've got the raws all the way up to the current chapter, which means I'll be continuing this series for the time being!

With that in mind, if any of you have any tutorials or tips for redrawing, making sfx, or typesetting (I use CSP, not PS) I'd love to hear them! Also, is the font okay, or should I go looking for a better set with more range for tones and such? Any suggestions there would be greatly appreciated as well!

Also, is it just me or was the pacing weird for this one? I get that part of it is my translating, but something about it feels off. Maybe I've been looking at the pages for too long lol!

Yeah I was conflicted whether to translate that part as him confessing five times, or just her receiving five confessions. I wasn't really sure of the author's intent, so I went with the former, but that obviously includes Mei.

Thanks! I tried to be a bit more consistent on the size and placement of fonts on this one, as well as including things like italics where I thought they belonged, other than that, I'm fairly happy with it.

Maybe her reasoning for running away is her parents doesn't approve of her vtuber streaming career, and so with the constant fights and arguments she eventually had enough and ran, maybe that's why she was in the park thinking of what to do after running away, till she saw the MC.

Being assertive and confident is one thing, but forcing someone else to be your girlfriend even when she's implicitly stated she doesn't like it is another thing. Dude, learn when to give up and look for other people who actually like you, love is not a one-sided equation. Also suddenly hugging a girl without her consent is a no-go, even if you're long-time acquaintances, he just looks like a creep. Just because he's somewhat good-looking in the eyes of other girls doesn't mean just any girl will fall for him and let him do selfish things like that.

Honestly the discussion of "why would you trust a stranger rather than your ~10 year long childhood friend just because one of them got a mom" being solved with "cause i said so" was really awful
wish the author gave a good reason like hes against streaming or whatever rather than "he got a mom"
i'm happy that on the sidelines he's a toxic person to at least reduce the weight of meh writing

I assumed the mom stuff is that it's a single family household and they're not doing well financially, so she doesn't want to burden them any further (Or they could be grieving from having lost husband recently).
I also kind of assumed she's afraid of him, since it seems like he might intentionally being manipulating things at school so she's a loner and thus he's the only "friend" she has. Though maybe that's going too far.
