I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that sensei put the kappa costume on because the club president specifically told her not to after warning her that it was really tight.

I'll acknowledge her frustrations with getting beaned by a soccer ball and having garbage spilled on her as legitimate, but her kappa infamy is 100% self-inflicted.

Well if no one gonna take her i think kappa-san would be a good replacement for her so called "hot man".

In my perspective she actually quite attractive and have a really good appeals as a grown woman, i just don't know why a woman like her still single, or it is what actually happen in RL in japan? Because a man can't be a MAN if they don't have income bigger than their lovers?, or because a lot of grown adults man don't find a need of building a family and having a kid, what a tiring life it is.

I don't know much more from japanese culture than what I got from internet, but as far as I know they are having trouble having children recently and that their society is so restrictive with how much time they are to spend studying and working that socializing in itself is difficult, despite their emphasis on adults getting married and starting a family as soon as possible (very likely all these things are not unrelated).

Seriously though, having to find a replacement should be the school management's problem and not hers. Not being allowed to quit until a replacement is found (what if it takes months, well beyond the usual 30 days notice?) sounds like slavery with extra steps to me. That school is being run like a black company or something? But yeah, it's moot since she ain't quitting soon by that smug look on her face at the end.
