I think it'll be Kyoukai because Shin treat Karyo Ten like his sister. But, i don't like the idea of romance in this shounen manga.

Seriously? They will be maybe 40 by the end of the story, of course there's a need for romance. They're clearly interested in it (but too awkward to make the first move) so It would be too sad and extremely unrrealistic to not explore that.

Plus they're all nobility now, they will have hundreds of people in good standing doing them the eyes.

Also, I know it uses a lot of shonen stuff, but it's still a seinen published in a seinen mag full of pinups.
