Where's the chapter where three cannibals eat a little girl backstory? I supposed that was chapter 1. Anime original?

Thought-provoking story. A bit different from the anime, where they built tension longer.
There is a difference between "murder" and "killing", in which some killing is done with the sanction of the State, while murder is an individual's selfish act.
