Well, the misunderstanding FMC and her friends have going on is quite a dumb one. Even if she's thirsty AF for marriage, there was no hint of actual horniness on her part -it seems she prepared to put out only because "she's supposed to". Of course her apparent sadness over him not making that sort of move does hint at actual Abenomics in her mind
