Had a look on a dif website that allows for key word searching for you, unfortunately I couldn't find anything.

I've only ever seen a handful of GL omegaverse series so suspect they haven't taken off in the family genre as much as bl has yet :c (would love for anyone to come in and correct this though)

They're not as family based as much but if you haven't read them:

Are both incredibly good slice of life girls love mangas.

They do still explore community and are very thoughtful stories of women that feel very real in my opinion. (Also the author of she loves to cook seems to be campaigning for LGBTQ+ rights in Japan so they're very cool c: )
