And the Mc saw something too rather than just her freaking out

It is surprising she has a kid tho bc she dresses like a teen herself tho i guess as a college student (?) she might’ve had him at a young age if she didn’t become delusionally attached to someone else and potentially kidnapped a kid

The mangaka said on their twitter that they have a "bromance" which tends to be BL undertones in most manga. That being said, Hajime gives me alter boy vibes.... He has a beautiful design. I like how the eyes and face is drawn. I think that's great because it truly gives into the reader how dark he actually is

Yeah I can imagine, unfortunately they'd have to say "Not BL" just so ppl don't stop reading b/c of that (if not just not necessarily going with the "stereotypical making the gay guy a villain/serial killer", even tho it's fiction, I know even back in the day Light/L was a huge ship too but wonder if there'd be more instant "oh they're totally gay/gonna hatefuck/gay undertones" if death note had come out this decade haha XD
