If you’re talking about the old man’s dialogues, those are pretty much nonsense, but if you’re talking about the chapter itself, it was pretty chill and with little progress to the story, isn’t much going on.

and the music is crazy and full of tracks rather than a singular inspiration

Anybody can send manga info change requests using [Report] > 'Information to Correct'. The official raw site has yuri (百合) tag, so it seems like it was mistakenly removed by someone here.

That's exactly what's going on. I'm a sucker for surrealism and this art looks great, so I'm very disappointed.

But yeah, it appears to just be a bizarrely well illustrated chuunibyou diary.
