Same thing with my Uni but because internet is also terrible in some parts here in the Philippines, they made a second option. You either get all your resources online or you send a request to them to send some of it thru the mail.

There is a third option but that depends on when the government lifts the quarantine.

shit, it would make sense to have a mixed online in person class system. Half the class comes in 1 day and the other half the next. Though you'd need a punishment system to keep students from coming in when it isn't their day. You know there would be those thinking it would be okay to go every day because they are just 1 extra person which many others will have the same thought
