This is one of those Japanese wordplay things though that I am sure is hilarious in its original context but in English it's either you bite the bullet and change it knowing you're losing something or preserve the joke and let confusion settle.

Or hey, one can make edits and plop the joke in themselves, I don't judge. I'm just a goofball with a Toribot avatar. Seriously, you could steal the translation wholesale and make a few edits and I wouldn't mind, it's just all about getting work out there to read for me.

I would like to point out that I wasn't making fun of your taiyaki translator note. My favorite character, Ayu from Kanon (which is also my pfp), is addicted to taiyaki so I thought I would make a little joke about it with the megee emote.
