This chapter both aged awfully and wonderfully. At least, it's references to the Tsukihime remake, Satsuki's route and TM taking a long time for things, it's more painful now than it ever was before.
On a different note, I like how it acknowledges that Kohaku is pretty much a different character outside of Tsukihime and her horrifying backstory (that's probably to blame for the different characterization).
