Nisshi won't be rejected, at least not there and then - Nagi will vacillate over it and say she'll respond later, and then go off and panic about her feelings (since she hasn't figured out that she's in love yet), while Asako goes into a depressive spiral thinking her love has no chance (not quite sure exactly how she'll self-sabotage, but I don't think she'll get angry at Nagi or start slut shaming or anything like that, she'll turn it around on herself somehow) . . .

Nisshi probably won't be too unhappy about being rejected, it's not like Nagi will be unpleasant about it regardless of how she does it in the end - sad, yes, but not heartbroken, and probably in a good position to move on (particularly given she'll now have a whole club's worth of new relationships to experience) . . .
