Okay, this chapter softened up Hoshino's character and made him notice how kind Kamizaka is, plus the "defending his honor" scene, so I'd say ML has a favorable impression of him now.
Deleting the blackmail picture at the second chapter was a nice touch, too
I'm pleasantly surprised.
