Can't deny as someone who is aroarce I do kind of like seeing her struggles with how she just cant feel for him romantically but still fully enjoys his friendship.

I know the series could still go the demi-route with her but I'd really like the moral of their story to be its okay to accept that sometimes you cant help who you fall for but also cant help if you just cant fall for someone in return.

Was gonna say, I’m also aroace, and I feel like many queer identities have to watch manga and anime describe a queer experience and it results in, “they found the one that changed them”. When they are directly saying “I’m a girl/boy”, or “I don’t feel romantic feelings”.

Like somehow it becomes a bait and switch, and later they are exactly like everyone else.

I hope both of them enter some type unique relationship to them. If it is or isn’t a QPR that’s fine. Labels are whatever. A platonic relationship where she accepts his feelings, but can’t love him back is normal if that’s still satisfying for both of them.
