They're not referring to your translation efforts. They're referring to the actual manga author possibly using AI to come up with the plot to this manga. It's so bizarre and cliché at the same time it feels like a mashup of five different works.

forget bothering people, im 99% certain this is against MD rules, so the chapters and probably your acc/group will be taken down soon. the fact you have UPSIDE DOWN text in some panels (of chapter 2 at least) shows a massive lack of any form of effort. would rather have nothing compared to someone throwing images into a site, pressing a button, and saying "hey look i translated this, yw". cause in the end, we'll have nothing anyways once you get removed.
