This is kinda enjoyable in a bland way. It doesn't really do anything different or better than any other of these sorts of stories.
I suspect that we eventually find out that the step-sister gets jealous and tries to steal the ML back, that everyone slowly learns the FL is not the evil, wicked person she's been portrayed as, that whatever the incident was that led to her shunning and leaving society was either a misunderstanding or engineered by the step-mom/sister to tank the FL's social standing and clear the way for them, and that the dad has like a 50/50 chance of either being an asshole who's complicit in his daughter's terrible treatment or just so saddened by his first wife's death and the fact that the FL likely is a carbon copy of her mom that he struggles to be around her and is not aware of how badly she's been mistreated.
There's nothing that makes me recommend this as a great example of the genre or anything new and different. But it's totally fine in an empty calories "if you like these other, better series then you'll enjoy this knockoff version too" sort of way.
Still, I'm not going to Art Lapsa's website to read ahead. I just hope that they do eventually release the other chapters they've done here after a bit of a delay instead of trying to use Mangadex like a fishing lure with just a small tease of chapters and then never updating their series again. Because looking their titles list there are a ton of series that have no chapters listed (unless they translate to a language other than English) and even though I swear I've read something they worked on a while back, I can't find any series in their feed with chapters that are more than a month old.
EDIT: Reading the comments on the group's own comment thread, it looks like either Mangadex or the group themselves purged their chapters from like a month ago for some reason (so I'm not going crazy, I did read stuff before the last few weeks) and there is controversy/criticism over the fact that their website has paywalled chapters on it so that the stuff here is just a tease to make people pay for it.
If that's the case then I hope anything they translate that catches on gets sniped by groups that are more open to broad releases.
