What? That's not how aging works. It doesn't matter how well or poorly you eat, how healthy or ill you get, you still age at a rate of one second per second. It doesn't magically speed up or slow down depending on your health/diet.

Not necessarily since we're talking fiction. Raphtalia in shield hero for example literally transformed from a kid into an adult when she leveled up because demi humans change physically based on level and stop when adults. Either it was meant to be "frail," or it could literally mean she ages up when fed proper food. Both could be possible outcomes. Someone that looks over the RAWs would have to confirm. Personally I also think that it seems like "frail" or "skinny" or something makes more sense here, though.

Whatever the case, it has that "people die when they are killed" vibe which is pretty funny.

She's a beastperson, they mature faster (by magic nonsense), so at her current age she should be a lot older looking, but isn't due to malnutrition.

Then in that case the line should read "She looks too young for her age." The point is that the translation feels very awkward.

In fact, the translation looks like a poor interpretation of the adjective 幼すぎる which can mean either "too young" (which we got in the translation) or "too immature" (which is more appropriate given the context; "She is too immature for her age").

In line with this, I've also noticed other really wonky lines (it doesn't help that the bubbles are really confusing).

Spoiler: For example

Page 25: "What do you want to do with them?" - Not really incorrect, but awkward. "What do you want to do?"
Page 25: "If their master desires it." - Should be "If master desires it."

Page 28: "We don't have very expensive clothes" - Really awkward. The original line is also ended by "は..." and literally reads "with regards to expensive clothes..." This is therefore most likely Takeru indirectly/politely saying "we can't afford very expensive clothes."

Page 30: "How about on the condition that we prioritize supplying soap to you?" - This is really strange since Cricket is negotiating for Takeru to supply soap to them, not the other way around. The raws also appear to support this.
