@aquanigga3 : I'm mostly kinda neutral these days on average. Sure, I might seem "negative" to someone who is so stuck in the Positivity Agenda that they regard anything other than kissing arse 24/7 to be unacceptable... but frankly I'm nowhere near as extreme as I used to be.
I used to have quite the strict "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" attitude. i.e. If nothing is wrong, there is nothing to say...
But now I do praise things if they're well done, and point out quite clearly if I think they're not. Turns out some people need reassurance, and as frivolous as I tend to regard such things generally, actively encouraging the good stuff might help make more of it. BUT there is no way I would ever stop criticising things I regard as wrong. And if you can't handle negativity, that is your own problem. It isn't like you can just spend your life hiding from things that make you uncomfortable.
And it isn't a matter of seriousness or not. My judgement is always sincere, but that doesn't mean I'm heavily invested.
