Yeah, it seems like it was from a previous relationship, based on her inner monologue. The only thing I find a little strange is that she thinks to herself that she didn't really have any feelings for that person, but... whatever. It doesn't really change anything.

The two of them are clearly very much in love with each other in their current relationship, and they're really cute together. But if you're asking whether they had sex or anything like that in the previous chapters, the answer is no. They'd only had their first kiss, hugs, and stuff like that. They're only now starting to take things further.
