Is that like a special card name? 🤔I will pay with Nyaon
Yes. She's been using it a lot in the series. But I never found out if there's a real analogue with the same name. (Naturally, she's using it because it has "nya" in the name. When she's swiping it, the system says "NYA-ON".)Is that like a special card name? 🤔
Honestly, I'm not completely convinced, but Shibasaki's face do look like JoJo art style... It was my best guess. I'm not a JoJo expert though.I didn't expect JoJo there.
Glad to hear it. "Cat Food" is one of Carlo's redraws in this chapter, my typesetting. Thanks for the chapter! As always, a pleasure to read --- including the "boring" notes and the rants and news! ^^
Amazing job on the cat food on page 5, panel 4! Really love Shibasaki's face there as well (As well as his face on page 1, panel 4; and obviously OL-san's on page 6 --- a friend of mine makes the exact same one whenever her furball is mentioned ) (Edit: to be fair, all of us do. The furball in question is amazing )
Kashiwagi did a lot of prep work for him, earlier too. While I think he's kinda annoying, we definitely owe him a lot for Shibasaki's growth as a person. Well, that's also a 'duty' of a best friend. The friend from school should be blessed for putting those thoughts into Shibasaki's head. It's due to that he asked about the pet. Making OL talk so much was a good step to get them closer, especially since she loves her cat so much. Folks enjoy talking about the things they love.
To be precise, 23 chapters + 3 specials.i know we still have a little over 20 chapters left but it really feels like we are close to the end. keep up the good work golsho
Fair point. But this is Shibasaki. That's all there's to know.I'm actually surprised he didn't realise she owns a cat until now
Yeah. First I thought that this is the first time in the series when OL buys cat food in the store (which is sus, if that's the case, then probably it was intentional from her side to sparkle the talk about the cat...) but then Golsho's boring note ruined this theory. Needa reread first chapters. But anyhow, this is the first time he became interested. Due to Kashiwagi's preliminary work or not, this is a progress, as this initiates (yet another) casual conversation outside of "client - store clerk" frame.I'm actually surprised he didn't realise she owns a cat until now
yeah. Page 6 radiates with "here she goes..." vibe. But OL is cute, and even more than usual, so that's okay.a friend of mine makes the exact same one whenever her furball is mentioned ) (Edit: to be fair, all of us do. The furball in question is amazing )
I think alot of the not noticing would be cause he's in autopilot mode doing the job so isn't really taking notice of anything. Pretty realistic tbh is anyones done any of that kinda cruddy work.Yeah. Honestly, on p.8 I became a little scared that Shibasaki would do something cringeworthy, out of character, something that boys in shoujo manga do. And at p.9 I was like "phew...that's why I love Shibasaki. Actually, I love him even more now".
Hmmm, it's strange that OL refrained from telling "you do look just like him [my cat]". I'm now interested in how she managed to keep that in. Would want to see her POV.
Now waiting for next chapter. And yeah, guys, prepare your "nice"
