Isekai series that bother to address the strangeness of levels, status, supernatural skills, and all that jazz are few and far between. If it has always been like that, why would there be anything strange about it? They are always worlds of magic, so a scientific mindset is not anything natural. If any oddity can be explained by magic, or even a divine intervention, it's difficult to build a world view based on science. It would be more likely to become a "scientist" exploring the depths of magic instead.
