Oh, man, thanks. I spent literal hours trying to figure it out and just couldn't. Granted, I did that page like 2 months before I did the rest of the scanlation (and before I got access to certain tools to help with searching for kanji). Because this was my first scanlation ever, I'm very likely going to do a "remaster" of this after fixing a few of the minor blemishes that are pointed out. And, next time, I'm probably not going to translate 8 pages of a chapter and then wait almost 3 months to translate the remaining 35 or whatever pages. That's 傷
You're very welcome. I remember reading this manga back when Animated Glitched Scans was still scanlating it, and I was kinda bummed that they dropped it where they did. I'm not too surprised they dropped it, considering the author has some very peculiar tastes, to say the least, but I'm probably going to try to keep it up and maybe reach the end (though It'd likely take me a few months if I keep going at this rate. At best, I can probably get a 30 page chapter done in roughly 5 days, as long as I don't have too much more work going on in my personal life.Well this was an unexpected but pleasant update thanks for the translation
We dropped it because of how much work it was taking to even get the pages ready for redrawing/typesetting, and none of the staff was too enthused about it. If you need/want any help on chapters(redrawing/typesetting-wise), though, id be happy to lend a handYou're very welcome. Honestly, I might take you up on that. I'll probably still try to do all the typesetting and whatnot myself to get some more experience as a whole, but it would be nice to have a more experienced scanlator's input for stuff like how to format some text, good tools to use for cleaning, and what fonts to use. Because I don't have any stuff like photoshop, I ended up doing the entire scanlation in Google Slides and used a font that was in it (comic neue) which I don't think looks awful, but certainly not the same as whatever other fonts the majority of scanlators use.We dropped it because of how much work it was taking to even get the pages ready for redrawing/typesetting, and none of the staff was too enthused about it.
