Well it has an Anime Adaption, I checked the MAL page for it and it has 2,357 members. Which is pretty low, but you know how Hentai Anime are like, that shit probably had like millions of total viewers. But you're right about this Manga, it has 7,235 follows on Mangadex, a site where Eechi and Hentai Manga usually have twice as more bookmarks/follows as best-selling global Manga, a lot of them reach 30k, 50k, 100k.
