I don't understand this whole trial, girl didn't kill anyone and the dungeon have a self repair function, there is no cost for repair.
Unless the manga skips over parts and when everyone evacuated in time she did burn some structures built from people on that floor.
Hopefully the authro will not deny this by making os that the dungeon restores itself by even removing extra elements, it would make this dumb trial truly useless.

That was already the case. The 'Fallen Angel' is basically the equivalent of WMD, simply the threat of the headmaster/king releasing the seal is probably enough to keep the other parties in check...
