It's honestly really funny how Japanese story never let the MC has sex if they come from Japan. The other isekai story the author makes, the MC (Makoto) never have any sex until the main story is canonically done, but once it's done he had sex with all the harem girls.

But since Eugene doesn't comes from Japan it's the girl Sumire who is from Japan, so sex is ok. And since Sumire is not the MC, sex is ok too for Sumire

I would have never guessed seeing how not only the basic plot is diffrent, the artstyle too for being another mangaka and how the power system seems to be different from what i remember.
Not sure about the same world for that, but could well be, I should check that one again, it should have got several updates from the last time I've read it.
Not rare for a isekai author to copy another, but in this case is more recycled a gimmcik and changed it a bit with the MC being able to resist mental corruption, and at least the reason is completely different.

Yeah i have been reading a bit of the WN to see what's her deal... I'm glad i did since the spoilers someone posted a while back didn't paint the full picture. She sounded like trash to me but is actually a really good girl.


For those who want to know the full thing:
She loves MC very much but her decision to distance herself for him was a mature and understandable one. She saw how the people treated him like trash and elevated her to a goddess status basically. The difference between them was so huge that she decided to distance herself to make him less of a target for people until she becomes the new Queen and changes the rules. The King also didn't help her... Even tho he was all for them getting married he told her she will probably never be Queen if she stays with him. But she had to become the Queen to change the rules, so distance was the only real option.
She never intended to break up with him, the other girl, Camille i think, fucked it up for her in that scene we saw.
Also MC's father kinda screwed both of them. They wanted to apologize to him, especially Camille, but he already left the country without telling them. Then his father told them he sent him to the Academy to hone his white magic, not that he left because of heartbreak. They had no choice but to accept his words as truth, that's why they didn't go after him in these 2 years.

Later we also find out that the EX cried for a few days after she saw MC accepted Sarah's and Sumire's confessions (the whole fight that made everyone know how strong he really is was broadcasted, but so was their confessions after it lol). She was also extremely sad and jealous after she found out he slept with both...

But it all turned ok for her, he never really blamed her for anything since he knows the reason. She even transfers to the Academy to be with him after she is appointed the Crown Princess... And yes, they bang soon after that
