I thought the girl on that page looked pretty similar to the girl from this series (so if it is the same name, then she'd be with her brother?), but Idk·.

they are siblings, kashiwadani is the family name, and this kashiwadani girl is the little sister to the guy who was classmates with the MC's older sister.
this is series is sequel spin-off showing the MC's normal high school life
