Wow the author finally explain in detail about mc relationship by bringing old Mc friend. The heavy/rock metal comparison is genius, very fitting in the narrative of the manga.

It's good - exploring that dynamic of sex friends/fwb as people who meet up just to have sex vs. friends who have sex with each other when they want. For the former, the sex aspect is the basis of the meetups, the latter the friendship is the basis of feeling comfortable with each other enough to have sex. Muratang understanding that the dynamic is that he is "friends first" is healthy.

Honestly it really feels like a tonal whiplash going from the manga to y'all's relationship updates, esp as
The phrase "We should lock in or else Imma lose you" is bone chilling for me
Like, the reason why I've been fucking with this manga is honestly cuz it does a really comfy job depicting combo emotional intimacy and sex... with two EXPLICITLY not going for any sorta romantic thing (even with the recent plot shit, it really hasn't done what a lotta of this type of story does usually and go from casual to a hard swerve into romance)
So yeah, while the story doesn't hard swerve... y'all plugging y'all's personal story that honestly itself is a hard swerve (esp with a type of normalized romantically possessive language) is just...
Maybe for a different manga that's friends to lovers (romantically)? But for this one
I will own I'm def a v minority of readers; I'm an aromantic slut who's queer as fuck (and expecting a lotta hate on my parasocial griping)
But also yeah, probs not even the mangaka's intention too tbh, but also tis def a major tonal shift imho from "awww, so comf, two folx being intimate and sexual and it not being campy porn or forced romance" to "oh... you, the cis guy, went to the cis girl with the 'I basically wanna stake my claim on you' switch from y'all being platonic to romantic, and this'll be what I always see when I see the credits page"
(But just bitching to bitch rnrn XD reading the other comments... I also kinda expected esp cuz it is very cishet of an H manga that y'all are also feral for him to romantically cage her, and yeah, parasocial AF comment

The rules are one sided though. HE can have all the FWBs he wants but his FWBs have to be exclusive. That's not exactly fair.
