I like the character designs but their issue is that they have no thematic consistency. Like why do the four demon king subordinates have such wildly different outfits as if they are in entirely different stories? Or why is Helen not at all matching with any of the other maidservants? Feels more like the author just wanted to draw some various girls and then loosely tried to tie them together somehow. Giant tentacle knot tho is pretty great

The four demon subordinates could simply hail from four different nations and cultures.

And Helen simply changes clothes. You can see her, wearing the same clothes as the rest of the maidservants, in chapter 1. And see her finishing changing at the start of this chapter.

My theory? Ainz-sama plot. She wanted to see what a humanity was, first human got flabbergasted and tried to attack her so the four heavenly queens just started an omnicide for humanity's gall to attack their oshi.
