I think unlike the MC and the blond, wife doesn't really look in love. She has just lost herself in pleasure and visibly disturb by the kiss she has witnessed. She and the blond's husband has the physical match but, considering her dead soulless eyes at the end, they don't have what the MC and the blond have. Both spiritual AND physical match.

Yep, that's my take on it.
The funny thing is that Chinami was cheating basically from the word "go", even during the 'program' when Fumiya was still trying to hold back. She lied to herself, saying "I'm doing this to help my husband so we can have a child together", but she fell right into that tried-and-true NTR trope of "woman loses her last brain cell to better dick and turns into a zombie slut".
And then after the Program was shut down and they were relocated, Chinami immediately went back to cheating. To the point that the kid might not actually even be Fumiya's, though it's conveniently left vague for the sake of interpretation depending on the reader's predilection. But she'd wholly given herself to dick, and her marriage was halfway to Sham-ville before things even started getting 'better' for Fumiya.

Which makes me wonder about that look she had when she saw her husband kissing Naruse in the rain. She looked shellshocked and very distressed, but she had been cheating for years by that point. So my best guess is that, as you said, she just fully gave up and has surrendered herself entirely--to the point I expect she will do very little to hide it from Fumiya going forward past the credits.

At least Fumiya and Naruse seem to love one another. Which means best case is everyone just divorces. Fumiya & Naruse get married and take Naruse's daughter (whether or not she's Fumiya's child, I think that'd be better in Naruse's case, as she's the FMC and deserves happiness too), and Chinami can go with the other husband (whose name I don't care to commit to memory) and get fucked by him while likely ignoring her own son until the dude gets bored (as I espect would be the case, as we presumably saw him screwing another woman during the program on that video tape that Naruse & Fumiya were subjected to).

Too-long analysis aside, I kinda agree with others here. Nikumara should stick with Bad Girl and just do exactly what he's already doing with that (i.e. not let his NTR brain activate and keep it fun yuri nonsense), and then pair up with authors from here on out and just do all the artwork.
I get that he really likes NTR and I don't begrudge him making the stuff he wants to make, especially if he can pay the bills as an artist while doing it. But even in that genre, I think there's room for improvement when it comes to long-form plot development.
