This is the universe destroying monster that GK talked about in Finite. It's a being that existed in previous universes, and is now a part of Yuta; it's the reason Yuta will inevitably destroy the universe. Idk why he needs to be trapped in a body like thatthough.

It seems that Kali trapped the UDM in the body of Yuta somehow. She did say her son would devour the universe someday. I'm guessing that Kali combined its name, which is probably why she's angry about Yuta being renamed.
