The one thing I appreciate about this manga is that they gradually shows how Murasaki fall in love with Shinkuro. From blushing off the headpats, sleeping together and a simple clothing affirmation scene.
In the anime the buildup is just worse because I was confused when she end up kissing him later, despite no proper buildup/blushing scenes.
