It's just weirdness with numeration. An extra chapter got promoted to main or something like that, and the numbers shifted, so there was a gap. The translators thought it's missing and translated it again.

Here's what happened. In the magazine, it mistakenly went:
Chapter 10
Special Episode
Chapter 12,
thereby creating a missing Chapter 11, but actually, nothing is missing. The numbering was corrected for the volume. However, currently MangaDex is using the magazine numbering (at least partially). I will (get someone to) fix this shortly.
