page 5: tennis racket grip is completely reversed. at this stage in tennis serve form (pre-trophy pose), the striking face of your racket should still be pointing towards the ground in order to tense your forearm and bicep to release into the full serve motion. doing the reverse means you get zero power from your forearm and have significantly less consistency in directing the power of your serve.
page 7: blocking a shot with one hand on the strings really hurts and definitely just puts the ball into the net, because your hands absorb the energy from the string.
